She offers herbal medicine, homeopathy, dietary counseling, Bach flower essence therapy, prescription medication management, and more to her patients to restore the body to optimal balance. Additionally, she has robust training in craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation and finds these gentle modalities to be incredibly effective for a multitude of conditions.

She has experience managing various cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune conditions, male and female reproductive issues, mental health concerns, various skin conditions, musculoskeletal complaints, etc. Aside from earning her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree, she has had further training in the management of gastrointestinal concerns and is passionate about helping people with these issues, such as SIBO, gastric reflux, inflammatory bowel disease, and many others.
Her philosophy revolves around vitalism, which is the understanding that the body is a self healing organism when given the proper conditions. Abiding by the therapeutic order, she works to establish the foundations for optimal health before reaching for more invasive therapies, as appropriate. Dr. Seley vows to hold her patients in unconditional positive regard and meet them where they are at in their healing journey.
